For Delin Property, we constructed a custom-built new building with approximately 20,300 square meters of warehouse space, 2,650 square meters of office space, 950 square meters of mezzanine space, and 375 parking spaces. Instead of constructing one large distribution center, the design was divided into three sections: A, B, and C. The main supporting structure of the new building is made of steel. We also used concrete facade plinths and contrasting sandwich panels. Finally, by installing the sprinkler tank indoors rather than outdoors, the entire building was given a high-quality aesthetic appearance.
