We are proud to announce that the renovation of the blasting and spraying hall for Heerema Fabrication Group in Vlissingen has been successfully completed. This project involved the demolition of a large part of the existing building, while retaining part of the original steel structure.

By extending the foundation, we were able to create a completely new steel structure, which is no less than 20 meters high and has been built onto the existing structure. The hall has been completely clad with a prefab concrete plinth and fitted with new cladding. Doors measuring 26 meters wide and 15 meters high have been installed at the end walls and in the middle of the hall

In addition, we supported the client with the coordination of various parties. Thanks to a complete BIM model, we had full insight into the activities of all subcontractors and ancillary contractors, which enabled us to play a leading role and manage the project efficiently.
