Robust Structures’ mission is to handle your data with the utmost care and to be open and honest about what we do with your data and what its purpose is. This privacy statement describes which of your personal data is collected and processed when you apply for a job at one of the entities affiliated with Robust Structures Holding B.V. Robust Structures Holding B.V. is responsible for processing your personal data. This concerns a group of different entities that all operate under Robust Structures Holding B.V.

For what purposes are your personal data processed?

Your personal data may be provided to Robust Structures by yourself or by a person affiliated with Robust Structures by email, post, or via the response form on our website. This concerns the following personal data: your name and address details, date and place of birth, contact details, information about education and certificates, and your resume.

Robust Structures zal deze persoonsgegevens verwerken voor de volgende doeleinden;

• Maintaining contact with the applicant,
• Responding to questions and/or providing requested information,
• Creating selections of candidates for vacancies,
• Completing an application procedure,
• Storing data in our systems in order to be able to contact the applicant for future relevant vacancies (with the applicant’s consent, the data will be stored for a maximum of 1 year),
• Handling any complaints and resolving disputes,
• Completing the pre-contractual phase and concluding an (employment) contract.

Robust Structures processes the personal data obtained only for the above purposes. If necessary, Robust Structures will contact you before processing your personal data for other purposes, if required by law, to request your consent. You have the right to object to further processing at any time, if required by law.

How long do we retain your personal data?

All personal data collected and/or processed for the purposes mentioned above will not be retained longer than necessary for the purpose. If the application process does not result in an agreement, your data will be deleted within four weeks of completion of the application process.

If you give your consent, Robust Structures will store your data in our system so that we can contact you about any relevant future vacancies. We will retain this data for a maximum of one year, after which we will delete your data. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

In the event of complaints or disputes about the contact or application procedure, your personal data will be retained for the duration of the handling of these complaints and disputes. Once it is clear that a complaint or dispute has been resolved, the personal data retained for this purpose will be deleted.

Who has access to your personal data?

Robust Structures employees only have access to your personal data on a need-to-know basis. This means that only Robust Structures employees who are involved in the open vacancies will have access to your data. This could be a department manager or an employee from the HR department, for example. Your data will only be processed by Robust Structures and will not be shared with external parties unless this is required by law or relevant to the application process. This could include contact between a recruitment and selection agency that has brought you into contact with us.

How is your personal data protected?

Robust Structures has taken appropriate technical, physical, and organizational measures within its own entities to prevent the loss of your personal data or its unlawful processing. In addition, where applicable, each processor is contractually required to take adequate security measures for the processing of the personal data that he/she processes on behalf of Robust Structures.

Your rights as an applicant?

As an applicant, you have various rights relating to the personal data stored by Robust Structures. For example, within the legal framework, you have the right to access, correct, restrict, transfer, and/or delete the data we process about you at any time.
