Robust Structures' mission is to be extremely careful with your data and to be open and honest about what we do with your data and its purpose. This privacy statement describes which of your personal data is collected and processed when you apply for a job with one of the entities affiliated with Robust Structures Holding B.V. It also describes the purpose for which your personal data is collected, which persons and/or bodies have access to your personal data and how this data is secured.

This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of job applicants at any of the entities affiliated to Robust Structures Holding B.V.

Responsibility for the processing of your personal data falls under Robust Structures Holding B.V. This is a group of several entities all acting under Robust Structures Holding B.V.

For what purposes are your personal data processed?
Your personal data may be provided to Robust Structures by yourself or by a person associated with Robust Structures by e-mail, post or via the reply form on our website. It concerns the following personal data: your name and address details, date and place of birth, contact details, details of training and certificates and CV.
Robust Structures will process this personal data for the following purposes;
- Maintaining contact with the applicant,
- Responding to queries raised and/or providing requested information,
- Creating selections of candidates for a job vacancy,
- Going through an application process,
- Retaining data in our systems to enable us to contact the applicant for future relevant vacancies (following the applicant's consent, data will be retained for up to 1 year),
- Handling any complaints and resolving disputes,
- Going through the pre-contractual phase and concluding an (employment) contract.
Robust Structures processes the personal data obtained only for the above purposes. If necessary, before processing your personal data for other purposes, Robust Structures will contact you, if required by law, to obtain your consent. You have at all times, provided legally required, the option to object to further processing.
How long do we keep your personal data?
All personal data collected and/or processed for the purposes mentioned above will not be kept longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose. Within 4 weeks after completion of the application process, your data will be deleted if it did not lead to an agreement.
If you consent, Robust Structures will store your data in our system in order to contact you for any future relevant vacancies. We will keep this data for a maximum of one year, after the expiry of this period we will delete your data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to this at any time.
In the event of complaints or disputes regarding the contact or application procedure, your personal data will be kept for the duration of the handling of these complaints and disputes. When it is clear that a complaint or dispute has been resolved then the personal data retained for that purpose will be deleted.
Who has access to your personal data?
Employees of Robust Structures will only be granted access to your personal data on a need-to-know basis. This means that only Robust Structures employees who have a relationship with the open vacancies will be granted access to your data. For example, a manager of a department or an employee of the HR department. Your data will only be processed by Robust Structures and will not be shared with external parties unless required by law or relevant to the application process. Examples include contact between a recruitment agency that has put you in touch with us.
How are your personal data secured?
Robust Structures has taken appropriate technical, physical and organisational measures within its own entities to prevent the loss of your personal data or their unlawful processing. In addition, each processor - where applicable - is contractually required to implement adequate security measures for the processing of personal data it processes on behalf of Robust Structures.
Your rights as a job applicant?
As a job applicant, you have various rights relating to the personal data stored by Robust Structures. For example, you have - within the legal framework - at all times the right to inspect, correct, limit, transfer and/or delete the data we process about you.
