As a turnkey main contractor, Robust Structures realised the construction of a new logistics centre with office space for the Prologis Park in Venlo. The steel structure contains around 1,000 tonnes of steel.

The distribution centre consists of a warehouse of 32,500 m², a two-level office of 1,400 m², a support-free concrete mezzanine floor of 2,190 m² and a loading pit with 32 loading docks for the trucks.

The technical design was optimised and specified by Robust Structures. This project is also characterised by extra attention to airtightness, high quality standards in insulation and user comfort. We delivered the building under BREEAM Excellent certification.
