For Delin Property, we built a 'built to suit' new building with around 20,300 square metres of warehouse space, 2,650 square metres of offices, 950 square metres of mezzanine and 375 parking spaces. Instead of building one large distribution centre, the design was divided into three hall sections: A, B and C. The main load-bearing structure of the new building was made of steel. We also used concrete façade skirting and contrasting sandwich panels. Finally, by installing the sprinkler tank inside rather than outside, the whole building was given a high-quality aesthetic appearance.
