Robust Structures acted as the turnkey main contractor for the construction of a new logistics center with office space for Prologis Park in Venlo. The steel structure contains approximately 1,000 tons of steel.
The distribution center consists of a 32,500 m² warehouse, a two-story 1,400 m² office, a 2,190 m² support-free concrete mezzanine floor, and a loading bay with 32 loading docks for trucks.
The technical design was optimized and specified by Robust Structures. This project is also characterized by the extra attention paid to airtightness, high quality standards in insulation, and user comfort. We delivered the building with a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
