Prologis Park Waalwijk DC3, located in North Brabant, is a modern distribution center with high-quality infrastructure and excellent transport connections. The entire building is designed with circularity in mind: easy to dismantle and reuse, and based on cradle-to-cradle (C2C) principles.
The complex covers a total of 23,500 m² and consists of two units: unit A and unit B. The units also have office space (600 m²) and column-free mezzanines (2,000 m²).
The logistics centers have a clear height of over 12 meters and feature 24 loading docks with dock levelers. The project is WELL certified and has a BREEAM Very Good*** certification.
