About our company

Robust Structures mainly operates nationwide on complex industrial construction, distribution centers and data centers, but also works on projects for the offshore and civil industries. What will you do?
As an assembly worker, you report to the director of projects, while your daily work is supervised by the assembly foreman. The core of the role is assembling and erecting steel structures at various project locations, mainly in the Netherlands.
Who are we looking for?
An experienced assembly worker who can independently and accurately assemble structures according to the provided instructions and construction drawings.
You take pride in your work and therefore ensure that the finishing of your work meets quality standards. You strictly follow general work instructions, safety regulations and applicable laws.
You deliver both quantitatively and qualitatively high quality work and report deviations related to dimensions and or execution. You recognize what is needed and are able to propose improvements to work more efficiently.
Naturally, you participate in toolbox meetings and various internal and external work and safety meetings. We also expect you to identify and report all deviations from safety standards and any near misses or incidents.

What do you bring?

You have completed vmbo or mbo education in metal technology at a minimum of level 2 and preferably already hold a vca basic certificate. If you do not yet have this certificate, you are willing to obtain it in the short term. Certificates for safe forklift operation, lifting operations and bhv are considered a plus.
Working at height is not a problem for you. Finally, you are in possession of a valid driving license b.
