Your role

As a Financial Administration officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial records and transactions. You will register purchase invoices, process bank statements, prepare sales invoices, and support a smooth month-end closing process. You will work closely with the Senior Financial Administrator and proactively identify irregularities and opportunities for improvement.

What will you do?

• Register purchase invoices and assign them to the correct approval workflow.
• Process bank statements and prepare sales invoices.
• Prepare payment proposal lists and enter payments.
• Perform various month-end journal entries and financial checks.
• Actively contribute to process improvements within the finance department.

What do you bring?

• An MBO diploma in Administration, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with automated financial systems (knowledge of 4PS and Whitevision is an advantage).
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with a sharp eye for detail.
