At Robust Structures, we simplify complex projects. From data centers to special structures: you’ll help ensure projects are completed smoothly, safely, and on time. As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the Project Manager and make sure all parties involved know exactly what needs to be done. You’ll maintain an overview, bring structure, and ensure that things actually get done. This is the perfect role if you thrive on coordinating, organizing, and collaborating, and want to grow into an independent project manager.
What will you be doing?
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll dive right into our challenging projects. You’ll ensure everyone knows what needs to be done, keep a close eye on the schedule and budget, and handle whatever is necessary to keep the project running smoothly. You’ll work daily with the Project Manager, the client, suppliers, and colleagues from various departments on the shop floor. From preparing projects to coordinating actions and monitoring progress: you’re the connecting link that ensures everything runs smoothly. In short: you maintain an overview, quickly address bottlenecks, communicate clearly, and ensure that agreements are honored. In doing so, you help deliver our projects safely, efficiently, and on time, making a real impact.

What do you bring to the table?
- MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience in a project support role is a plus.
- Technical insight, a sense of responsibility, and the drive to make projects succeed.
- Clear and pleasant communication, both verbal and written.
- You work accurately, are good at planning, and maintain a clear overview.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and are customer-focused.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- VCA VOL certification (or willingness to obtain it).
