Project planner
Are you a stress resistant problem solver with a strong sense of overview who will plan our high quality steel construction projects with confidence?
What will you do?
Are you passionate about finding creative solutions for the execution of beautiful, specialized and large scale steel construction projects? We are looking for a project planner who can immediately ensure optimal deployment and alignment of various resources such as professionals, materials and equipment for our steel construction projects.
You are responsible for implementing planning management on large integrated tenders and execution projects. You create daily schedules and translate these into project schedules, including subcontractors and suppliers within multidisciplinary project plans.
Naturally, you participate in project meetings with the project team, where you advise the team and project managers on planning related matters.
In the preparation phase, you create schedules for project realization. During the execution phase, you monitor project progress and process this into weekly updates of the various schedules and progress reports. This also allows you to identify deviations from the intended results and returns across different projects.
With your excellent communication skills, you ensure smooth coordination between subcontractors within the contractual frameworks of the project. You leave nothing to chance and know exactly how to solve the puzzle.
What do we offer you?
In return for your commitment, we offer a strong and attractive benefits package. As a project planner, you will receive:
• A competitive salary depending on your experience and background
• Immediate employment with Robust Steel Structures
• 27 plus 13 ATV days off based on the Metalektro collective labor agreement, partly fixed
• An excellent pension scheme via the PME pension fund
• A company car, laptop and mobile phone to perform your work optimally
• A generous expense allowance for possible stays near the project location
• A pleasant working atmosphere with great colleagues. Robust Structures organizes annual joint activities such as a summer BBQ and a year end gathering, and has an active staff association
• A strong focus on vitality in the workplace, including free fruit and the opportunity to participate in our bicycle plan
• We believe it is important to provide colleagues with the tools to keep their knowledge up to date. Development opportunities are therefore open for discussion, in addition to courses and training offered by the organization
What do we ask from you?
As a planner, you are the central link within the project. You take into account the interests of the client, the company and the employees involved. A good planner possesses a number of essential competencies.
Strong planning skills

Maintaining overview

You identify potential issues at an early stage. When you see problems coming, you can calmly find and implement solutions in time.
The problem solver
You not only identify problems, you also solve them. You take into account the interests of clients, the company and employees. You have not only a plan A, but also a plan B. This ensures a relaxed atmosphere within the project, even when things do not go exactly as expected.
Someone who takes action
As a planner, you do not wait and see. You take initiative and steer your project without planning stress. You get things done. You know where the bottlenecks are, think about improvements and act decisively.
Stress resistant
Every planning has deadlines. Last minute changes happen regularly, and you are able to handle this pressure.
A negotiator
To create a workable planning, strong negotiation skills are essential. If you encounter a planning issue, you know how to persuade a colleague to take on an extra shift.
